Order Cancellations:

The cancel request can be done just after placing an order.

The order cannot be canceled if we've shared it with our vendors or it's already started to ship.

Cancellation of perishable items such as flowers or food is not allowed. If the product is not of satisfactory quality, refund or exchange will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customer Service Team when receiving a damaged or defective item within 7 days of receiving the product.

We are going to check with the vendor about the issue before proceeding.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Products:

If the product you received does not match the product you ordered or is not to your satisfaction, please notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt.

We will investigate your complaint and determine the best way to resolve the issue.

Products Covered Under Manufacturer Warranty:

If your product is covered by a manufacturers warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer directly for support.

Refund Process:

So, if approved, the refund will be processed 6 to 8 days after approval.
